S Radha, Admin Manager

A financial services professional with 25+ years of professional experience in areas like accounts management, tax consultation, salary administration, & general office administration, Radha came to MetaMorf 15 + years ago to take on all of these functions and so much more. Today, Radha plays a crucial role in keeping MetaMorf functioning smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Besides taking charge of MetaMorf’s financial, tax payment and other compliance responsibilities, Radha also works closely with trainers on aspects like contract creation and renewals, blocking trainer dates, co-ordinating with Clients on trainer transport logistics, sharing workshop feedback with Clients, and finally, billing, payments and collections. Radha does it all with ease. She also creates and maintains multiple trackers to keep everything in check so that nothing falls through the cracks.

Radha’s amiable personality makes her a favourite with MetaMorf’s Clients, Trainers and Colleagues. Blessed with a melodious singing voice, Radha spends her free time gives performances in many a forum, and has a large fan following who love her voice and singing style.

Roushnee Sur, Director

Armed with an M.A in English Literature, Roushnee went on to acquire hands-on experience working in the learning & development departments of multinational banks. She also had the experience of working on challenging projects related to people development.

Roushnee started her career in the social developmental sector, working for the empowerment of youth, women and teachers in the north-east region of India. Thereafter, she shifted to BIRDY (An institute for Research and Youth development) in Hyderabad where she was into management, administration, and training.

Subsequently, Roushnee moved on to work with HSBC in the area of training and development, where she handled numerous projects for HSBC UK and HSBC, US. Designing and delivering training modules, leading training implementation teams and inducting as well as training new employees were key areas of responsibility. She then moved on internally to do Leadership and Management training for the employees of HSBC, leading, mentoring and accrediting a team of trainers.

Roushnee has been working across industries for the past few years focusing on providing relevant quality training. She has worked with well-known organizations in the financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, IT and ITES sectors. She has been Instrumental in identifying and developing leadership solutions for various organizations that she has worked with. With exposure in conducting a wide range of workshop modules across various industry domains, Roushnee specializes in leadership, communication and behavioural skills.

Mridula Menen, Director

Mridula comes to MetaMorf after a successful career in an international sphere. Having completed a Master’s degree from one of the top 10 state universities in the US (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign), Mridula spent the next 12 years pursuing a career in the Healthcare and HR/Employee Benefits Domain in the US, working with different Fortune 500 companies. During these years she worked in areas like Marketing, Business Development, Client Implementations, ongoing Client Management, and Operations.

Mridula’s last assignment prior to MetaMorf was as Client Operations Head for Infosys BPO, where she was in charge of Operations for all Clients in the HR and Employee Benefits domain. The operations that she managed spanned areas such as Core HR Services, Recruitment, Employee Benefits, and Immigration services.

With a long stint in Client Management, Mridula fully understands what it takes to operate in a global environment today, to not just meet, but exceed Client expectations. As a partner in MetaMorf, Mridula now uses her experience to help organizations accomplish their people development goals.

MetaMorf has been a training partner for quite a while now and over the years have run programs across levels with excellent outcomes.
